DIVISION COMMAND Commander: Casca Vice-Commander: Kotetsu T. Kaburagi DIVISION INFORMATION STATION Outpost #2; located on the outskirts of the city, between the Outlander Block and the ruins. MISSION STATEMENT The Search and Rescue division of the Alliance does not serve a singular purpose, but many compacted into one. It is their primary objective to see that the Natives and Scorched inhabiting Anatole have safe escort and refuge in times of emergency, and it is also their job to search for regularly reported missing persons. RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS ▸ Safety first. Fighting comes secondary. It is tantamount that all officers remember this rule. ▸ Officers are expected to work one six or eight hour shift every day they are scheduled for duty. They are expected to work five to six days a week, though this may decrease or increase given the nature of their job and the demand for search party services. At this time, partnerships have not been established, but the Commander reserves the right to schedule two officers to a single shift as necessary. ▸ Every missing persons report is to be investigated, regardless of how little or long the person in question has been missing. If evidence of foul play is discovered in long withstanding cases, the search will continue even if only to aid the Police division in a possible capture and prosecution. ▸ The individual responsibility of every officer on and off duty is as follows: maintain one's tools of trade, know or study the basics of first aid, be prepared to be called upon in case of emergency, know your surroundings, know your citizens, always have a backup plan, and take no foolish risks. Similarly, if criminals or monsters are in the vicinity, call upon members of the Police or Patrol divisions to dispatch them so that you may focus upon the safety of the citizen(s). ▸ In times of emergency, all officers, excluding those belonging to the Patrol division, will help the Search and Rescue division; familiarize yourselves with each other and learn how to play to each others strengths before a crisis sets upon the city unexpectedly. ▸ The Vice Commander's orders are the orders of the Commander. Failure to comply with any orders given will result in penalty. Repeat offenders will face suspension and/or termination. ▸ All reports must be detailed and turned in at the end of a shift. No exceptions. ▸ Officers must dress in attire that is befitting of their station.
